Landscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong work ethic. A Class A license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of landscapers

• Plan and execute landscaping projects, including planting & hardscapes. 

• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment and tools

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools

• Class A license is a plus

Irrigation Installer

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Irrigation Installer. We are a well-established irrigation company that specializes in providing high-quality irrigation services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties

• Install irrigation components such as pipes, valves, and controllers

• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems as needed

• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and answer any questions they may have

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Previous experience in irrigation installation is a plus, but not required. We will provide training to the right candidate.

• Compensation:

Starting wage for this position is $17+ an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer opportunities for advancement within the company.

Irrigation Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems for commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including sprinklers, valves, pumps, and controllers.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems.

• Perform regular system checks and adjustments to ensure proper operation and water efficiency.

• Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with irrigation services.

• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance.

• Knowledge of irrigation system design and water conservation practices.

• Ability to read and interpret irrigation system plans and schematics.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team at the Garden Center as a weekend-only employee. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Bobcat.

Responsibilities:

• Driving a Bobcat to load customer's vehicles with bulk materials.

• Assisting customers with loading purchases into their vehicles

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Watering and caring for plants

• Helping customers with their gardening questions and needs

Qualifications:

• Experience operating a Bobcat is a must

• Availability to work on weekends

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of plants and gardening is a plus
